We all have problems with sleeping from time to time, but if this is persistent it can have a massive impact on our ability to carry out our everyday life. I have been trained to help clients identify what it is that is keeping them awake through the use of a sleep diary.

Understanding The Process
A sleep diary means keeping a record of the times you are awake. Then using a meridian sleep chart I work with clients to develop a plan, which in turn will aide future sleep.
Clients are then taught methods to help them sleep better using a range of different approaches, including Self-Hypnosis.
I charge £60 for the first session and this may last up to 1h 15minutes.
After that its £60 per session which last 45-60 minutes.
Payments can be made by cash or card at the start of the session.
Many of the techniques I use have been around for years, but the culmination of such techniques and my natural intuition gives clients a holistic and more effective outcome. So if you want better sleep, let me support you.
