We all know that this technique has been used for years within the business world, where business people imagine themselves achieving their next goal, and by imagining this; they give themselves the confidence to actually achieve it. We use it with children all the time, when we tell them to imagine winning the race, passing the test or swimming without aides, and we all know it works.
I charge £60 for the first session and this may last up to 1h 15minutes.
After that its £60 per session which last 45-60 minutes.
Payments can be made by cash or card at the start of the session.
